In 2024, Women of Influence emerged as the evolution of the 2022 Empowered Women of Boston initiative. This transformation wasn’t just a name change—it was a statement. A declaration that women aren’t just here to participate; we’re here to lead, disrupt, and elevate. Our mission? To build a space where ambitious, driven women come together to connect, collaborate, and create impact—without limits.
Cassandra Corona
FOUNDER
Cassandra is the founder and CEO of COR Consulting Group. As a creative visionary and strategic thinker, she specializes in coaching executive leaders and practicing organizational development. In 2020, she graduated from William James College with a master's degree in Organizational Psychology. Her areas of expertise include diversity, equity, and inclusion, alongside supporting the local chamber of commerce and assisting small to medium-sized organizations and executive leaders.
Cassandra finds great joy in empowering and connecting with potential friends, associates, and peers, which inspired her to create Women of Influence. In 2022, she co-founded Empowered Women of Boston and rebranded to Women of Influence in 2024. This initiative aims to bring together women in leadership roles to connect, share resources, and uplift one another.
