Women Of Influence
In 2024, Women of Influence was established to replace the 2022 Empowered Women of Boston initiative. This rebranding serves to better reflect the vision of women coming together to connect, collaborate, and network. The goal is to create an environment where women can uplift, inspire, and positively impact one another.
At these gatherings, you can look forward to engaging with small groups that foster meaningful connections with like-minded women. Previous participants have mentioned that the atmosphere is thoughtfully curated, featuring a diverse selection of women. You'll have the opportunity to network with fellow professional women and forge authentic relationships. Many have expressed feeling a strong sense of community and friendship, rather than competition.

Cassandra Corona
FOUNDER
Cassandra is the founder and CEO of COR Consulting Group. As a creative visionary and strategic thinker, she specializes in coaching executive leaders and practicing organizational development. In 2020, she graduated from William James College with a master's degree in Organizational Psychology. Her areas of expertise include diversity, equity, and inclusion, alongside supporting the local chamber of commerce and assisting small to medium-sized organizations and executive leaders. Cassandra finds great joy in empowering and connecting with potential friends, associates, and peers, which inspired her to create Women of Influence. In 2022, she co-founded Empowered Women of Boston and rebranded to Women of Influence in 2024. This initiative aims to bring together women in leadership roles to connect, share resources, and uplift one another.
